Deliveries and returns

Deliveries

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Packages can also be shipped via Chronopost Express and delivered with a signature required. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary based on the total weight of the package. We recommend combining all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping charges apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Returns

We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and you can choose your preferred shipping method. Please note that items returned without prior notice will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions or non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (such as personalized items). Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

14-day reflection period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
If your return is eligible and you have already made it, we will notify you as soon as we receive and verify it. You will then be notified if your refund request is approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be credited to the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that the processing and display time of the refund may vary depending on your bank or credit card institution.
